“2M2 RENT A CAR” gives the contracted vehicle for use by another contractor under the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.<\/p>\n

The user must have completed 21 years of age.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The user must have a valid driving license for at least 2 years and can not rent a vehicle with a probation driving license.<\/p>\n

The user must have valid identity documents (passport and ID card).<\/p>\n

If the above conditions are fulfilled, the user makes a written agreement with the person authorized to issue a vehicle “2M2 RENT A CAR”<\/strong>, which determines all details on the vehicle rent. A returnable deposit is required, the amount of which depends on the vehicle class that the user chooses.<\/p>\n

Car rental prices are expressed in euros, while rentals and deposits are made before the vehicle is taken over. The price includes VAT, basic vehicle insurance, Casco insurance, green card, roadside assistance and other additional equipment.<\/p>\n

Taking and returning vehicles according to the user\u2019s choice in the territory of Belgrade and Nikola Tesla airport is free of charge for rentals longer than 3 days, and for shorter rentals charged with 10 \u20ac fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taking and returning vehicles outside working hours is for rentals longer than 3 days, and for shorter rentals charged with 10 \u20ac fee.<\/p>\n

The minimum car rent duration is 24h and the vehicle is to be returned at the same time as it was taken with a maximum of 1h overdue.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The vehicle is taken cleanly and with a full tank and is it is to be returned. Otherwise, it will be charged to the user.<\/p>\n

Car rental prices for up to 3 days include up to 200 kilometers per day.<\/p>\n

Extra charge for mileage exceeded is 0.12 \u20ac per kilometer.<\/p>\n

Rental prices for more than 3 days include unlimited mileage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The deposit is returned to the user when the vehicle is returned.<\/strong><\/p>\n
